The Committee on Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 389 --   A BILL to amend and reenact §20-2-22a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to bear hunting; clarifying bear depredation permits and damage claims; and decreasing criminal penalties and fines.
